  • 15 Jumping Lunges
  • 15 PVC Overhead Squats


“Boston Crippler”

  • 30 Back Squats (at bodyweight)
  • Run 1 mile

*This WOD was created by a good friend who ran the Boston Marathon.  There is another WOD crippler involving rowing, but since he ran the Boston Marathon, this one has running along with the back squats.  I can’t wait to see you all run a mile with jello legs.  Enjoy!!!
