Warm Up

100 singles

2 rounds

  • 20 push ups
  • 25 Squats

WOD

10 min. AMREP (as many REPS as possible) using the rep scheme: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

  • Pistol Squats (rep scheme is for EACH LEG)
  • Handstand Push Ups

At 3… 2… 1… Go, perform 1 pistol on each leg, then 1 HSPU.  Move to two pistols each leg (4 total) and 2 HSPUs.  Then 3 pistols each leg, 3 HSPUs. etc. for 10 minutes.  Score is total reps.
