  • 15 pass throughs

Skill – Ring Dips


100 Ring Dips for time

Every 5 minutes, stop the ring dips and complete 5 burpees before continuing the ring dips.  Do this every 5 minutes until 100 ring dips are complete. 

Cool Down

Coach Led Stretching/Shoulder mobility
