  • 100 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25)
  • 100 Partner Burpees
  • 100 Toes to Bar
  • 100 Box Jumps (24/20)

Movement must be completed in sequence, but the reps can be broken up between partners however you prefer.  Strategize to your strengths.
