Any class on our schedule is free for your first time, but we need to know that you are coming. Please fill out the contact form below and in the comments section of the contact form, list which WOD you are planning to attend. NOTE: You can also bring a friend!
At this first session, remember to bring water with you and drink plenty throughout the day. Try to eat something light about 1.5-2 hrs before the class so that you have enough energy to perform at your peak level.
Plan to arrive early so that we can introduce you to our coaches and give you a quick run down of our programming and the CrossFit philosophy in general. We will then walk you through the warm up, the skill work, and the WOD (Workout of the Day) paying special attention to form in order to avoid injury and keep you running at your highest athletic capacity.
