Foundations

At 927, we take seriously your progress from the very beginning of your program.  We want to see you excel at functional fitness and that means learning basic movements well so that your movement patterns in the future will be optimally efficient.

We’ve designed our introduction program to provide instruction in the basic movements of functional fitness.  You will be under the supervision of an experienced coach so that you know you are heading in the right direction.  If you’ve thought about trying functional training, then Foundations is for you.

In order to introduce you to our basic movements, we want to meet with you one-on-one to give you the most attention as an individual athlete.  We will set up an appointment with you to talk through the structure and methodology of our program and then work through the basic movements of functional training so that you are prepared and confident to enter our classes.  This one-on-one session will include a workout so that you can experience your first functional fitness workout in a controlled and individualized context.
